Kids and teens levels

Teddy bear Beginner
Public: Children over 5 who have never put a pair of skis.
Program: Linked snow plough turns, straight running down the fall line finishing with a snow plough turn.
Test prepared: Teddy bear
Advantage: 8 children maximum per instructor.
* No ski pass for the first days.
Snowflake Snowflake
Public: Children under 5 who have their Ourson.
Program: Snow plough turn finishing by bringing the skis back parallel, straight running whilst traversing the piste, test of balance on a gentle slope.
Test prepared: Snowflake
Advantage: 8 children maximum per instructor.

1st Star 1st Star
Public: children with a Snowflake level.
Program: slalom course whilst using skidded stem turns, traversing a piste with skis parallel, step turns on a gentle slope.
Test prepared: 1st Star
* No ski pass for the first days.
2nd Star 2nd Star
Public: children with a 1st star level.
Program: slalom course using refined sterm turns, basic side slipping, basic skating steps.
Test prepared: 2nd Star .
3rd Star 3rd Star
Public: children with a 2nd star level.
Program: untimed slalom course using refined parallel turns with two changes of rythme, passage on a bumped run slightly taking off.
Test prepared: 3rd Star
Bronze Star Bronze Star
Public: children with a 3rd star level.
Program: Puntimed slalom course using refined parallel turns with two changes of rythme, passage on a bumped run slightly taking off.
Test prepared: Bronze Star.
Gold Star Gold Star
Public: children with a bronze star level.
Program: time giant slalom run using perfected short swing turns.
Test prepared: Gold Star
Chamois Competition
Public: persons with a gold star level.
Test prepared: Flèche (giant slalom), Chamois (special slalom) jumps, Ski Open ranking.

Adults Levels

Beginner
You’ve never put on a pair of skis.
» Join the 'Welcome Class' *

* No ski pass for the first days.
  Good skier - Red runs
You can ski down all kinds of slopes with parallel turns. You can ski on all types of snow and terrain (parallel turns).
» Improve your technique in Class 3.
Elementary skier - Green run
You can snowplow straight down a slope.
You can do snowplow turns and elementary turns.
» Class 1 is for you.
  Looking for performance - Black runs
You are at ease in all types of situations, you can slalom ski.
» Join the Expert Class 4.
Average skier - Blue runs
You can sideslip and are able to make wide parallel turns.
» Sign up in Class 2.
